Family, faith & quiet strength
Andrea Panteli lives in Sydney, Australia, where family and faith are the centre of her life. Born in Padstow Heights to parents from Cyprus, she grew up closely connected to her relatives and cultural traditions, ties deepened by the day-to-day realities of her mother’s long, complex health journey.
In a childhood marked by sterile hospital corridors and cold towel presses, Andrea learned about responsibility, resilience and the quiet strength it takes to persevere when life is uncertain. Following her mother’s passing in 2024, she discovered a deeper strength within herself — one that allows her to honour her mother’s legacy by choosing love, peace, and faith.
Being a wife and a mother shapes Andrea’s perspective and inspires her to prioritise presence, compassion and steadiness. When she isn’t writing or working, she’s usually on the sidelines of a soccer field, cheering on her two boys.
Strength became a calling
Opening a fitness studio was never part of the plan — yet it became the turning point that reshaped everything. What began as a gym grew into a community of women getting stronger together, and the foundation for everything Andrea does today: helping women build strength in their bodies, their minds, and their lives.
Through the Shatter, She Became
Andrea’s debut memoir about love, loss, resilience and the strength born from hardship.
