EVOLVE was created for women who want to move, strengthen, and feel good in their bodies without the intensity that can sometimes lead to injuries or burnout.
These sessions blend elements of strength training, controlled movement, core work, and band resistance. The focus is on improving stability, posture, mobility, and overall strength in a way that feels sustainable and supportive.
EVOLVE is particularly beneficial for women managing knee or shoulder sensitivity, returning to exercise, or simply wanting a class that prioritises quality movement. This is where you slow down, reconnect with your body, and build strength from the inside out.
